1:21 pm - 出来た!

It's finished. My great and wonderful Hyper Power Remix Juice, version II is at last complete!

(It would be a little embarrassing if I sat here and cackled in delight to myself, wouldn't it? -_-;; )

Fuji, this should be just what you had in mind. Please let me know how the as-yet-untested results things turn out. It is a holistic blend carefully crafted to sharpen mental acuity and focus while blocking out distractions. And as much as I know you like the taste, I wouldn't recommend trying it yourself. I'll put a thermos in your shoe locker.

Kaidoh, I need to speak with you concerning your training menu. There are a few adjustments I could make which should give you a 4% increase in endurance and a 7% increase in both flexibility and motor control of your playing arm. While your Snake and variant shots are not as taxing as Tezuka's shots, it's important for us to be proactive in maintaining the health of your body.

Momoshiro, I likewise have some alterations for your training, and some data on Rikkaidai that I feel will benefit you. They play a different style of tennis from what we have faced thusfar; it's important you be prepared. I have seen you progress as a doubles player, and felt that you played handily against Johsei Shounan once you got your emotions in check. That was a good match, and...sorry about the juice.

Kikumaru, for Rikkai I think your focus should be increasing endurance. Your high-energy play style has caught you twice and forced your partner to cover for you. We need to channel some of your explosive speed, lightning reflexes and acrobatic antics into staying power. You are a sprinter rather than a marathon runner, but some minor changes that will allow you to conserve energy while maintaining your play should help. Your new schedule will be in your locker.

More training updates to come, the other notebooks are in my desk.

11:37 am - Ii data...
Our time in this winter wonderland has proven most enlightening, and I found myself up until very late analyzing all of the new data I collected over the weekend. My apologies to my roommate, Gakuto, but sacrifices must be made in the name of science, including sleep. Besides, beauty sleep is a myth, and has only a .002% chance of improving the way you look in the morning. (Seven days of data support that assertion.)

Have determined it is unlikely Fuji will go sledding with me again. We carted a sled up the ski lift of the beginner's slope, which I had on my first ski run down assessed for density, temperature, and obstacles, and made a run down the small incline. High speed data...what a thrilling and exciting pasttime. We hit the raised patch of snow with the right runner at precisely 24km/h with my predetermined velocity ratio at its peak, sending the both of us spiraling a combined distance of 15 meters to impact with the snow, and a bonus six meters for the sled. Success!!

My data, however, did not forsee Fuji stalking over and kicking me. Then again, Fuji rarely lets me predict him.

Kikumaru has a bitemark on his neck. It was made by an individual having a 14.03cm upper bite, with an irregularity of .78mm between the upper right canine and upper right lateral incisor. This definitely eliminates Ooishi as the culpable party, as well as Tezuka, Akutsu, Kaidoh, Ohtori, Atobe, Ibu, Kurobane, Kirihara, Aoi, and Tachibana. And myself. Based on analysis I have collected, the list of suspects has been narrowed to six: Fuji Yuuta, Amane Hikaru, Kamio Akira, Saeki Kojirou, Sanada Genichirou and Akutagawa Jiroh.

I know he traveled with the rest of the team, but I have not seen Kaidoh in five days. Curious...

7:54 pm - Introduction
Though I've been piling notebooks upon notebooks of data in the last two or three years ever since I entered the school's tennis club, it never really occured to me to keep a private journal.

Oishi started it.

Well, that is to say, he was the first one who spoke up about having a journal. He was surprised that some of us didn't have one as we were surprised that he did. He then vibrantly extorted the virtues of having a journal: it kept records of events and and thoughts, it helped organized things, it was helpful for reminders and notes, and it was a great, private way to vent and rant, etc.

Thinking over what Oishi said the last few days, I finally decided to start one. The pros do seem to outweigh the con of maintaining a journal. (I wonder if the others are following suit? Note: Find out if the other regulars are acquiring journals as well.)

Well, to start off, I will list the current stats on myself.

My name is Sadaharu Inui. I'm 184 cm in height and my bloodtype is AB. I was born in Japan and am a Japanese citizen. I'm currently enrolled at Seishun Gakuen as a senior student. My birthday has just past (June 3rd), so I am 14 now. My favorite subject is physics and my favorite color is black (strangely, I never seem to get to wear it often...). My main interest and extracirricular activity is tennis.

I am a regular in the Seishun Gakuen (Seigaku) tennis club and, as appointed by Coach Ryuzaki, the tennis club's team manager. My specialties in tennis are tennis data collecting, analyzing, and countering; and a high speed serve. I'm told that my data tennis is terrifying. I have no idea why. =/ It's just a series of action and reaction. Logic mixed with intuition. There's nothing strange about it... but I digress.

Other interests that I have (which would, I know, surprise some of the other regulars) include playing strategy games (ergo shogi, chess, and igo), academia and learning, technology, sketching (though I am mediocre at it), and... err... snooping (I can't help it; whenever I see something unusual going on with the other regulars, I just... have to find out what's going on. Dragging everyone else into it just makes it more fun!). There are a few others, but I see no reason to bring it up right now.

Wait. I should mention this other major hobby of mine: cooking.

I know the power drinks I provide to the tennis club are rather unsavory, but I was aiming for effectiveness (psychologically or physically), not taste! I just know if the regulars discover I cook, they'd completely freak and assume I suck at cooking (that's part of the reason why I'd never mention it). That's been the general reactions from my classmates who found out about it so far (and know about my power drinks). However, I really am a good cook! --;

Mostly in the baking area, but yeah. I know some people that burn with jealousy over my chewy cookies! And my rich, moist cakes and my ever-so-slightly, crispy--

....

Note to self: I may have to burn this journal later to preserve deniability I rant over cooking.

On a final note, I am looking forward to the tennis camp the other regulars and I will be going to in a week.
